Biographical
Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, August 29, 1951.
Mr. Weaver has been certified as a Mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission since 1992 and was active in the North Carolina
Bar Association's efforts to develop the Mediated Settlement Conferences
program in North Carolina.
Mr. Weaver has been married to Ardath Goldstein Weaver since
1981. They have two children, Jacob, born in 1987, and Janna, born
in 1989. Ardath is on the staff of the North Carolina Arts Council
and also works part-time as legal administrator for Capitol District
Law Offices. They live in a c. 1915 house in Cameron Park near downtown Raleigh.
